Friday’s NBA FREE Pick from John Martin: Miami Heat PK
The Oklahoma City Thunder have been through the gauntlet of making the NBA Cup Championship Game and coming up short to the Milwaukee Bucks. They rebounded with a 105-99 win at Orlando last night, but that’s a Magic team missing their two best players in Banchero and Wagner. It wasn’t impressive at all, and now the Thunder will be on tired legs playing the second of a back-to-back at Miami tonight. Gilgeous-Alexander played over 36 minutes, Williams over 35 and Hartenstein over 33 last night. Miami has had the last three days off and will be playing only its second game in eight days. The Heat are fully healthy and playing well going 4-1 SU & 3-2 ATS in their last five games with their lone loss coming by a single point. They are 4-0 at home during this stretch including impressive wins over the Lakers by 41, the Suns by 10 and the Cavaliers by 9. Give me the Heat.
